- Air Filter Replacement - Replace existing 1" air filter and leave 1 extra. Additional charges apply for other sizes.
- Ductwork Inspection - Inspect ductwork for energy loss.
Coil & Drain
- Indoor Coil Inspection - Inspect the indoor coil for cleanliness and condition.
- Condensate Drain Service - Flush and treat with anti-algae treatment to help prevent clogs.
- Condenser Coil Cleaning - Inspect and remove debris from the outdoor condenser coil.
Refrigerant
- Refrigerant Monitoring - Monitor system operating pressures.
- Refrigerant - Up to 1 lb. of refrigerant included as needed.
Electrical
- Safety Devices Inspection - Inspect safety devices for proper operation.
- Electrical Disconnect Box Inspection - Inspect for proper rating and safe installation.
- Electrical Wiring Inspection - Inspect and tighten electrical connections.
- Contactor Testing - Test and inspect contactors for burned or pitted contacts.

- $79 for each additional system serviced
- $80 fee applies for systems located in the attic
- Maintenance visits can only be scheduled between the months of October – April.
